Leona, Barry. and Marlene went on their first kayaking adventure on Emerald Bay in Waterton. The temperature was a perfect 28C and sunny. The water was cold so it was lucky that none of us fell in! I had my camera ready tho 🙂 . It is so nice to see all the green grass and flowers growing in the park where it was all burned last September. The area in red on the map will not be open in 2018 due to safety issues. That does not leave us much to do except kayak as only 2 hikes will be open, Crypt Lake and Vimy Ridge.
