There hasn’t been much snow this winter so we (George, Ralph, Fran Barry, Leona, Waldy, and I) haven’t done hardly any cross-country skiing. We decided to drive to Allison Creek in the Crowsnest Pass and surprisingly, there was snow. The trails were nicely groomed and it was an absolutely beautiful day (3C). We skied almost 7km! On our way out we saw a small herd of majestic Elk. Some of their antlers were amazing. Then we went to “The Rum Runner” for a delicious supper.
